Despite a reputation for not having a sweet tooth, MIL managed to prove me wrong. Tasked with driving, executing, and directing a content strategy, I delved into pastries that artfully blend the nostalgic nuances of Korean, American, and French influences and techniques. 

Leading the social strategy and content production, I wanted to ensure all possible opportunities were explored. In our content strategy, Instagram Stories were dedicated to impactful teasers and announcements, while Reels offered an immersive exploration, providing an in-depth and intimate look at the intricate details within each pastry.

Meanwhile, our regular feed posts featured evergreen content, consistently showcasing the enduring beauty inherent in every dish. This intentional approach ensured a dynamic and comprehensive engagement with our audience across different content formats; and the result was a compelling visual narrative that captured the essence of MIL's pastries, showcasing the intersection of nostalgia and skill in every bite.
