Executing a comprehensive social strategy, we immersed ourselves in the essence of Ward Village – its rich community, heritage, diverse tastes, unique style, and dynamic people. Our approach was not just about the structures being built; it’s about fostering a social tapestry that weaves together the fabric of Ward Village, creating a truly exceptional living experience.

To generate interest, appeal to a larger, more global audience, and speak to the neighborhood’s vision of focusing on wellness, connectivity, and vibrant place-making, we regularly activated our Instagram stories by taking advantage of Instagram Stories’ immediacy and providing live coverage during community events.
